Profile
Don
and Sharry Stabbert founded WestWater Development, "WestWater",
in 1978 with the vision of making Kirkland one of the premiere pedestrian-oriented
urban villages on the West Coast. Since then West Water has played a
vital role in developing Kirkland into what it is today, a vibrant "urban
village" which attracts people from all over the Seattle area.
As WestWater has refined this vision of how to create a successful community,
we have expanded our activity beyond the confines of Kirkland and West
Water is currently redeveloping the Marco Shipyared (now called Salmon
Bay Marine Center) in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle.
